January Jones - Alexander McQueen - "Unknown" Premiere

January Jones - is one of my favorites and this look is amazing ! even tho i think the dress is a bit to long and the hair shouldve been all up - and the shoes are killing me i love black pumps but not on the red carpet with dresses like this - it makes me mad cuz it brings down the over all look ! i love how the dress is fitting her but there is a few things that could be better !
