Beyonce really disppointed me on this occasion - she is wearing a custome made by Emilio Pucci - i love the detailing on the dress and the gown is stunning and from waist up she looks flawless - but it screams Tina Knowles - and i never really liked those designs! The only reason she isnt on the worst dressed list is because she looks amazing from waist up but the bottom is not for her i like the bottom and the dress but not on her!
